Terms and Conditions throughout your visit to the Oxford Playhouse
Terms and Conditions of Booking:- Completion of the online booking process, including the provision of credit or debit card details, shall constitute an offer by the patron to purchase tickets subject to the Oxford Playhouse’s terms and conditions.
- The patron is entirely responsible for entering his/her details correctly during the booking process.
- The patron warrants that all details supplied are true and accurate.
- The patron is responsible for informing the Oxford Playhouse of any changes to his/her details once the booking is concluded.
- Where a person makes a booking on behalf of a group, that person accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all group members and is responsible for all payments due from the group.
- The Oxford Playhouse reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any tickets ordered.
- It is the patron’s responsibility to check that the tickets issued from the Oxford Playhouse are accurate. Please check tickets carefully for the correct production, date and performance time. If the patron has any enquiries please telephone the Oxford Playhouse Box Office on 01865 305305.
- All tickets booked online must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
- Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
- Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before the performance and are subject to conditions at the discretion of the Duty Box Office Manager. Please note; actual tickets must be returned to the Box Office before an exchange can be made.
- All standard reservations must be paid for within 4 days of booking and before the week of the performance.
- All group bookings of 10 or more seats must be confirmed within one month of booking and no later than 14 days before the performance.
- Group reservations of 10 or more tickets may be subject to a reservation deposit. Only one discount or concession may be applied to each ticket, unless otherwise stated. Proof of concession must be produced upon collection of tickets, and must be produced by the named person and not by a third party.
- All tickets booked via this web site will be retained at the Box Office for collection.
- All tickets can be collected at any time from the Oxford Playhouse Box Office. Tickets must be collected no later than 30 minutes prior to the start time of your performance to avoid delay.
- Tickets for Tickets Oxford events can be collect from the Oxford Playhouse Box Office at any time up to 3pm on the day of the performance. After this time tickets will be available for collection from the venue 30 minutes prior to the performance.
- Please take your credit card and booking confirmation with you when collecting tickets.
- Refuse admission.
- Admit latecomers at a suitable time (which may be the interval).
- Make any amendments or alterations to the advertised programme or performers as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
- Every member of the audience must have a ticket.
- Glasses, bottles, cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in the auditorium.
- Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be silenced before entering the auditorium.
- The Oxford Playhouse reserves the right to make any alterations to an advertised programme rendered necessary by unavoidable circumstances.
- Strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. The Oxford Playhouse will endeavour to warn all patrons in advance when these effects will be used.
